Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Ember account and all associated data, please send us an email:

Send an email to privacy@goember.app
Use the email address associated with your Ember account.
Include "Delete my account" in the subject line.

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once complete.

This action is permanent. Deleting your account will remove all your data from our servers, including:

Your challenge history and completions
Journal entries and mood reflections
XP, levels, streaks, and achievements
Goals and preferences
Accountability partner connections

Data stored locally on your device will remain until you uninstall the app.

What Happens After Deletion

All personal data is removed from our servers within 30 days.
Your display name is removed from leaderboards.
Accountability partner links are severed.
Anonymized, aggregate analytics data may be retained.
You can create a new account at any time, but previous data cannot be restored.
